I am an avid Redditor (Reddit.com) and they have a subreddit /r/Frugal where users find ways to be frugal and also find simple ways to earn a few extra dollars here and there on their off-time. They submitted a site that I tried out, and I made $6 after 3 surveys that took literally 30 minutes at most the first day I signed up. At the time You could request a check once you reached the minumum $5 limit. I actually received the $6 check in a week. Since, I continued to do the surveys, and proof of my current account balance is below (the photo). I only need to do 1 or 2 more surveys to reach the minimum $20 payout limit. I think I may just keep it going until I reach $50 though, sort of as a savings or emergency fund. It is a great simple way to earn a few extra dollars for beer money or groceries, gas or whatever. You can email me if you have any questions of legitimacy or whatnot, but it is the only site that has actually been legit and worked for me and the only one I use anymore. It is basically an online Focus-group company. Companies request them to get a certain amount of people to complete surveys on any and all types of things in accordance to their particular demographics they are looking for.
Just go here and signup and fill out the profiles so you can start doing the simple and easy surveys immediately. It has worked for me and made me extra money, it will for you as well if you just spend a couple hours a week doing the surveys they send to you daily to do. Some of them you won't qualify for though, because they want particular demographics for each.
UPDATE: I posted this blog post about 3 hours ago. Since, I received a survey and completed it in about 30 minutes in between my work here at my job and made $3. The results in my account balance are below:
